Olver Incorporated is pleased to announce that Bill Kreye , PhD, PE has joined Olver Incorporated as Vice President and manager of its new Richmond , Virginia office.

With offices currently in Charlotte , North Carolina , and Blacksburg , Virginia , Olver Incorporated is a multidisciplinary professional engineering services firm. For nearly 30 years, the firm has provided comprehensive engineering and planning services to local, state, and federal governments and industries throughout the mid-Atlantic states and the Midwest .

Dr. Kreye earned his doctorate in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and has over 30 years experience in providing environmental engineering services. His areas of expertise include engineering design for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, regulatory and permit approvals, biological nutrient removal, water supply and reservoir studies, and remediation design. He is a member of the Water and Environment Federation and has his P.E. in ten states.

Bob Sallach, president, indicates that Olver has been “eyeing the environmental engineering and services market in the Richmond/Tidewater/Chesapeake Bay area for some time.
